Conditions of sale and cancellation

Deposit required for final booking.

This deposit must be paid within ten (10) days of the date of signature of the sales proposal. If we do not receive payment of the deposit, we reserve the right to cancel the contract five (5) calendar days after informing the customer in writing.

Total cancellation

Cancellation D-60= no penalty

Cancellation between D-59 and D-30 = Charge of 50% of the initial quote

Invoicing from D-29 to D-15 = Invoicing of 70% deposit

Cancellation between D-14 and D = 100% billing

No show: 100% billing

Partial cancellation

Cancellation D-60 = no penalty

Cancellation between D-59 and D-30 = Possibility of cancelling 50% of the initial quote

Cancellation between D-29 and D-8 = Possibility of cancelling 10% of the initial quote

Validation of headcount as a basis for invoicing on D-7

Offer validity (rates): 15 calendar days (subject to availability at time of signature) – Multi-option system

To confirm this booking, please return your “bon pour accord le ….” on this proposal, together with the deposit.

Amounts may be adjusted according to actual consumption during the seminar.

Payment of balance on receipt of invoice.
